Overthinking & Anxiety

I had a rough day with overthinking and anxiety. It’s very hard for me to get out of the overthinking cycle once it starts. I feel like there’s overthinking…and then there’s an extreme more harmful version of overthinking.


My thoughts can be very toxic and negative. If I had three wishes, I’d use one to completely rewire my brain and change all of my thought patterns.


Anyways, I’m not necessarily looking for advice. Just posting for visibility & to put my thoughts into words. 🕊️

@Olive1Q82 Thank you Olive for opening up and sharing. I hear you are experiencing challenging feelings related to overthinking and anxiety today. Overthinking can be difficult to stop once it begins, and when combined with negative thought patterns, it can worsen our mood. What would you do if you weren't limited by your wishes?
