Hello everyone, im new here and im learning about anxiety. I feel as though its taking over my life and I want to change. I just don’t know how

@modestPal4907 Hi, I’m new here too and I totally relate to how you’re feeling. I also feel like my life is being run by anxiety and also depression. I just feel sad a lot and that my life will never not be sad. Good things are happening in my life but I feel stuck. It’s really hard to explain but maybe you understand. Anyway, I don’t have much advice to be honest, since I am feeling the same way as you. I will pray for you though and I hope you find the help you need. For now, just know you’re not alone. That thought brings me some comfort in the midst of my mental health struggles.
