Hi hi. So I’m kinda upset. I try, I really really do but I can’t help but feel like absolutely everything is my job. I’m the oldest, I’m supposed to keep my siblings in their feet…right?
also my stepdad yelled at me when I started getting really anxious and I started doing these really weird twitches and muttering the same words over and over and over and I couldn’t control it and he got mad at me for it…I can’t help but feel like it’s my fault he’s always mad at me for something. But like hey! I started drawing me often. I’m getting good at it, that kinda helps me feel less anxious to an extent

I sorry, I wish I could been there and help you. Its hurt when your oldest and think you have to be the one that has to be the one who helps everyone, but how can you help everyone when you cant help yourself. And your step dad, it sounds bad but don´t let him walk all over you, don´t let him change you, You need to be the one who change yourself, I belive in you, I wont stop beliving in you. He might also be mad that you becuase he knows that you are stronger then him and he wants you to be sacred. And when you talk to yourself do you say words wrong or in your head, I dont think so, and that shows that you can try to stop it and be proud for what you can and will say. Sometimes I wish people could drink there own words just to see how sour and bad it is. Dont give up on yourself do it for the ones you love, but also love yourself.
