@Jessgray39 I personally don't have hypochondria, however I deal with anxiety. During moments of panic, I think about my breathing and my heartbeat. Put your hand over your heart; you have a heartbeat. Put your hands on your ribs and feel them expand with each breath of air; you are breathing. Another thing is to close the tab before you search anything--it's difficult, but one day you'll stop yourself more and more.
