...See more Hi there I’m not sure if anyone else suffers this but I have recently been going through a really bad bout of health anxiety. It started when I felt fatigued recently and then I spent a ludicrous amount of time googling potential underlying causes, which then resulted in a panic attack. I can’t seem to get out of the cycle of panicking about every small thing health thing, even something simple as a mosquito bite. Does anyone have any ideas or advice on how to manage this? Appreciate any help! X
