public speaking can be really nerve-wracking! A great way to ease those nerves is to practice as much as you can. The more you go over your material, the more comfortable you'll feel. Try practicing in front of a mirror or with a few friends to build your confidence. It can also help to start with smaller groups before working your way up to larger audiences.
It’s completely normal to feel anxious but with each time you speak, you’ll get a little better.
