Anxiety is a complicated, multidimensional illness that goes far beyond acute worries and stress. It’s a constant state of restlessness that traps you in an endless loop of “maybes” and “what-ifs”
For a lot of people, anxiety is just excessive tension or worry about things that are coming ahead, including exams, relationships, public speaking, or other obstacles in life. However, real anxiety is far more debilitating and worse. It makes you feel like a tangled thread of twisted fears, worries, and choking thoughts that can can leave you breathless.

I agree. And its important that one becomes aware of themselves. Self awareness can help us to reduce the symptoms of anxiety.
