I can't stop overthinking anything that can possibly go wrong and it's getting to the point where is making me physically sick. I need some help pls

Hey, trust me, I've been there! Overthinking can be overwhelming. Here's what helps me:


When negative thoughts creep in, I ask myself: "Is this worth my time? Will it even happen?"


If it's about the past, I remind myself I have no control. If it's about the future, I focus on what I can do now.


Try these tips:

•⁠ ⁠Engage in activities you enjoy

•⁠ ⁠Listen to positive vibes (your brain will thank you!)
