I am dealing with anxiety which lead to deppresion I really don’t know what to do I get random fear of tomorrow like things are going to be worst Tommorow I am sick of living with anxiety everyday I get anxious thinking about past future present everything I don’t know why

@plumApple9824 Everyone feels anxious at times. What I like to do is take a look at my "stress factors" aka the environment, if you're young then schoolwork, family stress, recent traumatic events, etc. Then, I write each thing down in the order that it stresses me. Finally, i tear the paper up and throw it away. Sometimes your brain needs to make sense out of nonsense, so it will just stop being worried. Its really strange but my therapist actually taught me, so.
