Exhaustion

Does anyone feel really really tired during times of particularly high stress or anxiety? I find myself to be absolutely depleted of energy and it kind of sucks. This leaves me without the power I need to do something about my emotions or my problems and I end up feeling stuck.
Is there any way to manage this exhaustion? Or prevent it from hitting as hard? Or some other type of advice?
