Anxious, depressed, and panic..

Hello. I discovered this place a day ago out of despair, having a breakdown. I think you are exactly in the right place. I have trouble opening up about my stuff so I don’t talk to anybody about my struggles. It’s hard and overwhelming plus, like you, sometimes I just don’t know what to do. Technics and stuff don’t always work, but talking to another person might. I encourage you to also check the live groups if you haven’t already. People are very understanding and helpful. After lurking around for a day, without interaction, just observing others how they open up, I finally took a pair of balls and did 2 open circles. It felt a lot better. There is also the option to chat with someone one on one and a lot more. I can’t find now a forum thread that would help you get the hang of this place, but if I do, I’ll send it to you later
