Anxiety the big meanie

Anxiety has been a big part of my life; I've been living with it since I don't even remember when. I am described as a shy kid, invisible. I did my best to fight it because it's been affecting me; I never have any real friends and good communication, never felt alive. At 20, that's when I was born, I think. I'm a new person; I developed some communication skills, especially with the help of Dale Carnegie's books, and I have some friends now. However, I know that I only overcame it 60%. This is a huge number for me, and I know how it feels, which is why I'm eager to connect with people who are experiencing the same thing as I do. ☺️ Thank u for welcoming me here! ☺️

@Kayre13 It's inspiring to hear about your progress with anxiety and how Dale Carnegie's books have helped you. Overcoming 60% of such a challenge is a significant achievement and your openness and eagerness to connect with others who share similar experiences are commendable. Welcome, and thank you for sharing your story! 😊
