@KevinRodriguez I’ve found that a combination of strategies helps me. Deep breathing and mindfulness exercises have been really beneficial for calming my mind. Setting small, achievable goals each day also helps me feel more in control. Connecting with supportive friends or communities has made a big difference, too.

Hi, I have found that sometimes it is okay to not be perfect and that in the long run I will make mistakes. I'm also learning that my thoughts should not control me and that all I need to do is be myself.
