Anxiety

Hello. Covid can be really scary. Initially during the pandemic, there were many restrictions and a real fear of contracting covid that can even lead to complications. I get having asthma is making you vulnerable already so with covid it can be even harder to breathe. If you want to be extra careful, I would suggest wearing a breathable mask and taking measures to lower the risk of contracting covid. I am so sorry to hear that you contracted covid twice.
