6/7 times I didn't feel anxious and the feeling is so wonderful, light and my appetite is kicking well!šŸ˜It made me look forward to livingā˜ŗ

@UbebeĀ It sounds like feeling less anxious and having your appetite kick in has brought you a sense of lightness and looking forward to living. You mentioned feeling wonderful without anxiety - it's understandable that would make you feel optimistic.Ā What kinds of things have you found help reduce anxiety for you on those good days?Ā

@ASilentObserver Innocence is what I bring to my mind first thing in the morning (I know it's funny as we are no longer innocent lol might as well pretend) so I can bring a clean state of mind. I find that calming as I can properly plan my day and do the necessary works. I also appreciate all the good little things around me now( if I can see most of the things in a negative lens why not give it a shot on the good ones, doesn't matter if it's fake might as well do it)


Honestly, there's a lot more of work and sacrifices I've been through and I can hardly remember them(I developed a bad memory) but I just woke up one day and it doesn't cloud my mind and hurt my being as much as before.
