A little something I wrote 💖

You feel alone, surrounded by negative thoughts. It feels like you’re never good enough, like you don’t belong. You try and stay happy for the people who love you, but deep down you know that’s the biggest struggle.. you have so much anger, in yourself, the world, and you don’t understand why!? some days you’ll stand there staring in the mirror hating yourself.. you see somebody different although it’s still little old you, and even if you don’t see it then, don’t forget you’re perfect the way you are.


Your anxiety feels overwhelming, it feels like you can’t breathe, your body shakes, you feel numb. The world around you is moving but you’re frozen in time. It feels like you can’t do anything right and every time you feel like you’ve achieved something, it seems that it’s never good enough. Everything you touch you mess up.. you obsess and stress over things that shouldn’t even matter. You act like you don’t care what anyone else thinks when you know truthfully that’s not how you feel. You’re always there for everyone else, you make sure they’re okay, you look after them when they’re down, you put everyone else first, but who knows you’re not okay? Does anyone know how you truly feel? You put a smile on your face no matter how you’re feeling and carry on as normal knowing that it leads to a dangerous place



No matter how you feel, no matter what you’re going through, big or small, you count, you matter, your feelings matter. Please reach out if you’re not okay! It’s okay not to be okay ❀ you’ve got this 💖
