You feel alone, surrounded by negative thoughts. It feels like youâre never good enough, like you donât belong. You try and stay happy for the people who love you, but deep down you know thatâs the biggest struggle.. you have so much anger, in yourself, the world, and you donât understand why!? some days youâll stand there staring in the mirror hating yourself.. you see somebody different although itâs still little old you, and even if you donât see it then, donât forget youâre perfect the way you are.
Your anxiety feels overwhelming, it feels like you canât breathe, your body shakes, you feel numb. The world around you is moving but youâre frozen in time. It feels like you canât do anything right and every time you feel like youâve achieved something, it seems that itâs never good enough. Everything you touch you mess up.. you obsess and stress over things that shouldnât even matter. You act like you donât care what anyone else thinks when you know truthfully thatâs not how you feel. Youâre always there for everyone else, you make sure theyâre okay, you look after them when theyâre down, you put everyone else first, but who knows youâre not okay? Does anyone know how you truly feel? You put a smile on your face no matter how youâre feeling and carry on as normal knowing that it leads to a dangerous placeâŠ
No matter how you feel, no matter what youâre going through, big or small, you count, you matter, your feelings matter. Please reach out if youâre not okay! Itâs okay not to be okay â€ïž youâve got this đ
