My personal tip: read read read and read. Books, essays, romance, not gossip magazines!

1. Regular physical exercise

2. Cognitive stimulation (puzzles, reading, learning new skills)

3. Social engagement and maintaining relationships

4. Healthy diet rich in nutrients

5. Adequate sleep

6. Stress management techniques (meditation, mindfulness)

7. Regular medical check-ups

8. Engaging in hobbies and meaningful activities

9. Volunteering or community involvement

10. Maintaining a positive outlook
