Aging-Up: Rose, Thorn, and Bud ..💭

Hello Hello! This is Dys, and I'm a Teen Transitioning Mentor.

Before we start with our icebreaker, I'd like to briefly illustrate what this icebreaker is all about:

Rose, thorn, and bud is a mindful way to reflect, especially at the time of transitional phases. Here is what each term means:

Rose🌹= Positive event/ Highlight

Thorn🪵= Negative event/ Challenge

Bud🌱 = Potential/ New ideas

And that brings us to today's icebreaker:

" Share your rose, thorn, and bud, in the light of your aging-up experience. "
