Still trying to find routine and make it stick, but how?
Can anyone else relate?
I feel like my morning routine still could use some organization. This is something that comes so unnaturally to those of us with ADHD.
It is a real struggle sometimes.
They say it takes about three weeks to develop anything into a new habit but when you tend to look for novelty all the time.
How can we find the balance?
I recently read that it is better to incorporate changes slowly. So for example instead of trying to schedule your entire morning out. Just add or change one single thing at a time and wait until it has become an ingrained habit. Once it has you can move on to incorporating something else.

i completely relate. i've had to learn to be equally patient and firm with myself. building a schedule piece by piece is a smart strategy
