When trying to be productive. Imagine that you have to work 10 times harder then everybody else and establish a schedule that gives you more then more then enough time to accomplish your goals. Work as if you are doing some type of boot camp where everything must be meticulously planned about your day.

This is true. I use an app called Structured to schedule my day everyday, otherwise I pretty much sink deeper into depression coz I don’t know what to do with my time 🫠

I use the same app and it helps me so much! Often overwhelmed with my day (5 kids, 3 still too little for school 😅) and my mind just feels blank and buzzed out and I can’t focus or choose what to work on. If I’ve written it all up in structured, when that happens I can just check what I’m meant to be doing ‘right now’ and it helps me focus and start moving despite distractions and whatever else is going down. Life saver for me 🙃

Too true!! I keep forgetting what I have to do even if they’re daily chores. Plus, checking off the list no matter big or small gives me a sense of accomplishment 😂👯🎉

@UniversityListerTalk I would agree with this because the mind is a muscle and if it's not used and challenged it might let the development changes of ADHD become more significant. Just like feeling great after a run, your mind after regular use will be in better tune.
