Kind message for anyone who has ADHD

I am someone who had and known I had ADHD for my entire life and I can say you’re going to be all right. It might be tough for a few days or even a few years especially if you knew today or maybe you knew all your life but it’s not going to be a walk in the park. Maybe you have to take medications or you have to get extra help in school or at work but I wanna let you know sometimes ADHD can help you find out the most simplest problems or cause the most simplest problems.
