Sorry to hear you’ve been struggling I understand from having the condition myself so I understand that getting things done can be challenging I find what helps me is when I’m studying to take plenty of breaks and also not to put too much on pressure on myself so I try not to do too many tasks at once but try to concentrate on a smaller number of tasks, I hope you have a good day.
