Hey all,

I don’t even know if I do have ADHD, but I feel like I might have it. I’m too scared to ask my doctor, and I just don’t want to self diagnose.

What should I do?

okay. So I am usually like active? Like I’m sitting- I roll my ankles/ feet

in class? Fidgeting with a pen or doodling I guess I goo on overdrive? Like I have a bunch of things on my mind, but then that makes me like freeze and then I can’t do anything.
