Bracelet Hack for Productivity and Routine
Have you guys heard about the bracelet hack to improve productivity and create routines? Its as easy as getting yourself a bunch of colorful telephone cord style bracelets (as those are easiest to remove and put on). Then attach tags with your daily tasks on them. As you complete them one by one you get what you need to in your day done and feel a nice dopamine boost by accomplishing them. 💪
Once you finish a task simply remove the bracelet and place it in a jar or container to keep them there for the next day. The next morning you do it all over again. This sounds like a win win. People are swearing by it, but of course one size doesn’t fit all. If you have sensory issues then you may not be able to wear the bracelets at all, or maybe it makes you do the daily tasks even faster so you can get them off. I don’t know, I am just thinking out loud here. 🤷♀️
The only thing you will have to be sure to do is use the bracelets every day to develop the habit to stick. So in summary, if you find that you are struggling with routine, motivation and remembering all the things you need to do in a day, this just might be your answer! Has anyone tried this?
