is there anyone diagnosed with ADHD as an adult in Indonesia? i feel alone because there is very limited supply of meds here (i need to go to various doctors because they simply dont have adhd medication in stock) and also there isnt much resources for ADHD here. it makes me feel alone, like i am the only one struggling with ADHD here
