ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It's a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects a person's attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. < -- There's way more to it but this is just a general idea.
As someone who grew up undiagnosed until recent years, it's been a profound learning journey navigating the reality of living with ADHD. I've been loving looking at memes - they help me laugh in the face of the mayhem and feel understood. I can't tell you how many "a-ha!" and "that's me" moments that finding just that right meme has struck for me.
And sometimes it's just nice to cope via humor and shared experiences.

My favorite planner is Happy Planner. The layout works wellfor me, and you can add sheets of notes anywhere, so you can brain dump or brainstorm ideas.

😂 ADHD as a couple! how well do you guys do in managing it together?
We are continually learning and making tweaks to how we manage our home. We seem to be improving. Also, my husband has some behavior traits that I don't have, as well as many more years than me of understanding his brain. I only learned that I have ADHD about 3 years ago. His traits tend to balance us out. He's often my voice of reason when I don't think things through, and he's really good at planning.
