Recommendations?
Anyone have recommendations for apps or anything that help with ADHD? Particularly body doubling
@sympatheticMango3848 Hello!
I hope you are doing well. I found some resources that may be helpful for you:
1. Focusmate: It is a web-based platform that pairs you with another user for virtual co-working sessions. These sessions are structured and last around 25 or 50 minutes in which you both work on your respective tasks while providing mutual accountability.
2. Caveday: Another web-based platform that offers guided group focus sessions, referred to as "caves." These sessions include structured breaks and are led by facilitators who help keep the group to stay on track.
*Focusmate is way cheaper than Caveday (around $5 for a month). You can even get it free for 3 sessions per week. On the other hand, Caveday offers a free trial for a month and then you can pay for around $39 a month.*
3. Reddit or ***: If you want a free platform. There are many ADHD support and productivity communities on these apps that offer free study-with-me voice channels where members can work together in a virtual co-working environment. An example would be r/adhd
Hope you find these helpful! :)
