Hey folks,
I struggle with sleep and my adhd, particularly negative racing thoughts really prevent me from being able to get to sleep at night. What strategies do you use to get a good nights sleep and combat your symptoms while laying there?

I use an app on my phone called 'Balance' that can play stories, white/brow/pink noises and nature sounds. When I am really struggling I use a hypnosis channel called 'Michael Sealey' he is a professional hypnotist who offers sleep guidance for free on U-tube. I highly recommend.
