mentallyunstable423 July 6th, 2023

so im not sure if it's adhd or anxiety or what but ever since last 2 year (since i moved to canada) i feel like i've changed, like i don't panick for no reason but i panick over the slighest things and if im given a small task i forget completely and get distracted, i often feel burnt out (so much that i feel dizzy/nasuesous/head hurts). and i randomly feel sad sometimes and have mental breakdowns for no apparent reasons and i have less interest in things and i have gotten 2 panick attacks so far but for a personal reason. like i panick inside but i panick physically too. and i love daydreaming and i always zone out and forget things. is this normal or no?

@mentallyunstable423 I'm not a mental health professional, but what you're describing could potentially be symptoms of ADHD or anxiety. It's important to remember that only a qualified healthcare provider can diagnose you accurately. However, I can provide some general information that might help you understand what you're experiencing.

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a condition that can affect your ability to focus, stay organized, and control impulsive behaviours. Some common symptoms include forgetfulness, difficulty completing tasks, feeling easily distracted, and struggling with time management.

Anxiety can manifest in various ways, including feelings of panic, excessive worry, physical symptoms like dizziness or nausea, and difficulty concentrating. It can also lead to a decreased interest in activities you once enjoyed.

It's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional, such as a doctor or therapist, who can evaluate your specific situation and provide an accurate diagnosis. They can offer appropriate treatment options and help you manage your symptoms effectively.
