I know the feeling. You need to stop now or it will burden you for years (like for me). A couple weeks clean and you will feel much better. Do whatever it takes to get there. Good luck.

Porn,masturbation and *** addiction
The problem with porn is that you see beautiful naked people online in websites and get that image as if its real life . It can destroy future relationships as well as give you less pleasure to be intimate with someone.
Like every addiction , you need to slowly stop it and find the triggers that make you seek out the porn and masturbation.
Listeners here will be happy to talk with you about this and if you feel like you might need therapy it could also be very beneficial
