One whole week porn free again. The only advice I can give is to keep trying and remember your motivation. Been trying for 3 years and my last streak was a month. My longest voluntary streak is 2 months.

I'm on day one again. This sucks.
I’m late to the thread but well done! It’s been awhile since I have gone a single day without. So long that I can’t remember.
