...See more I literally have 1+ doctor(s) appts a week I'm full time navigating and nurturing my health care. I'm exhausted I have time for nothing else and the doctors don't talk to eachother, they barely listen to me and expect me to do all the work ;-;

...See more I lase checked in around 43 days now I have relapsed at 62 days. My goal was 90 days. I've been watching p**n since I was 16 and doing other things to fill the xxx addiction my whole life genuinely So devastated at the relapse. Hoping to try again and make it to 90 days.

...See more Im only 21, im 7+ years into my depression, self harm journey. I have CPTSD and am disabled. I've recently in the past year started falling in love with life again. It's been a struggle for sure. Its so hard to not care about anything, not even yourself. But to slowly open up again is beautiful. I don't just lay in bed all day, I'm showering, I'm brushing my teeth, I'm doing things I genuinely enjoy like watching anime, playing videogames, painting, drawing, reading, etc. I had forgotten there was so much to love about life. Smile more. If you're reading this make sure you go to a doctor if you can and get some help. You will see brighter days
