TW XXX Relapse

I lase checked in around 43 days now I have relapsed at 62 days. My goal was 90 days. I've been watching p**n since I was 16 and doing other things to fill the xxx addiction my whole life genuinely
So devastated at the relapse. Hoping to try again and make it to 90 days.

Hi really sad to hear that. I am currently at around 30 days. But i often think about porn. It helped me a lot that my phone has a child-safty function for which i dont know the code.
Do you go to therapy?

Hey @paulfromgermany I do attend therapy but my therapist is on maternity leave atm because of her pregnancy.
She will return soon. It will be ok. I got site blockers and things and even applied it to the wifi.
