Quitting Vaping
I started vaping when I was 17. At first I’d only hit other peoples vapes and then I felt guilty about using other peoples stuff so I bought my own. I’ve quit multiple time but then something stressful happens and I’m right back to it. Recently I’ve been trying to make some lifestyle changes because my anxiety has been so bad. Previously when I quit I’d substitute with caffeine and sugar but I’m trying to cut down on those as well. Any tips?
