New Goal Achieved
Hello, I'm Ana and I've been struggling with porn addiction for over a year now. And I'm now 7 days clean which may not seem that special to most people, but for me it's a huge deal. I had a minor setback today, but thankfully I feel like it wasn't too much to reset my progress, so I'm moving forward after a trauma dump in my journal.

This is a serious addiction, so if you have failed or relapsed het up and try again but never accept it.
never give up on breaking out of it, keep trying until your last breath.

I’m a porn addict also I’m on two month clean . Keep ur head up and keep working . I also use the brain buddy app it’s helpful for porn addicts the steps can be cheesy but they work … good luck

It’s a rough one keep ur head up .. in 68 days porn free it’s rough sometimes but worth is . I use brain buddy app for lots of exercises and keeping track they have a good group on there and you cab join smaller 5 person groups to keep check on each other ..
