...See more Hello, I'm Ana and I've been struggling with porn addiction for over a year now. And I'm now 7 days clean which may not seem that special to most people, but for me it's a huge deal. I had a minor setback today, but thankfully I feel like it wasn't too much to reset my progress, so I'm moving forward after a trauma dump in my journal. ...See more Hey guys, do you have any tips on eating healthy? I've been meaning to do this for a while but it's really hard to decide some things. Do i completely cut out on junk foods? How can I balance my calories? Is it healthy to completely cut out my favourite foods? If you guys have ever done something like this, please share your experience!!

...See more I've tried quitting so many times in the past but always ended up relapsing. i now, however, have understood the root cause of my addiction. stress and pressure. i don't enjoy porn anymore, but I can't stop watching it. it's crazy how it has ended up being one of my habitual activities, that I don't even know why I'm doing it.  Now, however, I'm determined to make this work. porn affected my mental health a lot. i had reduced productivity and extreme procrastination. i know the problems now and hope to recover from this. i will try to update this thread as often as I can regarding my progress and if I ever relapse.  people who are here like me, please do share your stories, they are always motivating.

...See more hey, i've been struggling with porn addiction for over a year now. i discovered it when I was around 10, I think? and it wasn't a major concern until now. it's been affecting my daily activities a lot. i have reduced productivity and motivation. i can barely last a day without it at this point, i would love to find friends to accompany me through this journey.  also, do you guys think smut has the same effects as porn? because I've been into that a lot as well and I'm confused where i should draw a line.
