Weed is not good. Self-Help.

FreedomIsPeace412 May 12th, 2016

I've personally spent over $10,000 on weed. It's such a stupid habit, and many people think it's harmless. Truth is, it's not. I've been sober almost 2 weeks now and already feel better. If you want to quit, this helped me a lot.

Thank you so much for the link. Most people think of addiction with hard drugs or alcohol, but the truth is, anything that a person obsesses over or makes their life unmanageable, is just the same. You are in the right place. :)

My pleasure. I'd agree as well! People think of addiction as a physical need / desire. The truth is, anything is addictive if it effects you psychologically, and effects your life negatively. Especially in a growing world where drug-use is more tolerable.

Oy, it's too much, to spend 10.000 on weed! Yeh, you are right that is a habit or even worse is like a disease (your dependence on it) There is a lot of helpful literature about this problem, but for the first, you need someone to talk it over, you need support. Being in the same situation I'd rather advise https://www.marijuanadetox.net/, their professional team made the best for my quick recovery and anonymous.

@FreedomIsPeace412 yup! I'm right with you. Day 6. I can't even start to add up what ive spent. I've quit it all but this is by far the most insidious of addictions. Subtle how it shreds your life. But it does. When you smoke all day every day....that's a problem.
