Academy Leads: Who leads what?
Hi everyone! I hope you are well. As you know academy leadership expands and changes with time. So I am making this post to clarify who the current team leaders are. If you are looking to get support for your academy program questions or get guidance then academy mentors are the point of contact for such queries, you can find them here.
This post is more so to communicate who the team leads are. You may contact team leads for these things:
You submitted an application but have put an incorrect information or date.
You are experiencing delays beyond the listed timelines for processing course forms.
You have contacted an academy mentor and have not received a response for more than 2 days consistently.
You want to give feedback on some aspect of the program/course
Academy Leads
Everyone who is associated with the academy team is considered an academy leader. This includes mentors, project agents, forum supporters, and more. However, this post only mentions the program/course leads, the main person(s) who are ultimately responsible for the appropriate functioning of academy programs/courses and can be contacted if something is off. These are the people you can contact when your query/concern is not covered by other leaders of a program/course. However, you will find these instances to be rare.
7 Cups Internship Program
@Anusha - In charge of weekly new trainee onboarding.
@Yourbuddy30 - Is in charge of processing final eval submissions for the Internship and sending out certificates.
Content Development and Marketing Program
@Soulfullyabutterfly - In charge of weekly new trainee onboarding.
@Clarisse29 - In charge of trainee experience, ensures all tasks are being covered by mentors, processes last step forms, and sends out certificates.
Group Support Program
@ASilentObserver - In charge of weekly new trainee onboarding.
@Hope - At the moment there is no ambassador/mentor leader, therefore Hope is the point of contact for the time being. In charge of overall management of the program.
Leadership Development Program
@Dreamtouch - In charge of onboarding, overall management of the program, and processing last-step forms.
@Comphi & @positivePumpkin22 - In charge of new mentor onboarding and ensuring mentor task coverage.
Quality Listening Program
@Hope - In charge of weekly new trainee onboarding and processing last-step submissions.
@HealingTalk - Oversees the mentors of the program, ensures the tasks are covered, and is in charge of new mentor onboarding and removal of inactive mentors.
Academy Courses
@Yourbuddy30 - In charge of processing the community building, time management course and inner development goals course. Process evaluation forms, sends feedback and certificates.
