Trouble
How can you forget someone? Even though you've tried harder to do that
@honestHickory1563, Someone once told me, the harder you try to forget, the stronger or clearer the memory becomes. I was told to just go on with my daily routine and be in the present with my daily interactions. This helps to occupy the mind . After a certain duration, the memory( of a person, or situation) becomes less powerful. It is less painful, less emtional and so on. Hope this is helpful.
I've tried everything,like exercise,or the things which interests me like music etc. But now,everything is meaningless.i've lost interest in everyone or doing anything.i'm depressed.
Take the time sit with your feelings and be kind to yourself grieving a lost relationship can be overwhelming at times be gentle with yourself
Just engage yourself with your daily work and meet new people. Don't be alone in a room for longer time. Always be with a group and avoid talking about the thing that you want to forget!! Atleast that helped me.
