Tiny Steps, Round 1: Gratitude (Master post)
Hi everyone! Welcome to Round 1 of Tiny Steps, a new initiative designed to help you take small, meaningful actions toward personal growth. Each round will focus on a new theme, and we’ll provide a simple task in each of our academy sub-communities.
This week's theme is Gratitude. Here are the posts!
- Something you are grateful for
- Think of someone who has supported you recently ... (Listener Only)
- Write a statement for yourself
- Reflect on a skill you've learned that you're grateful for.
- Spend a minute observing something in nature ... (Listener Only)

@Hope Thank you!
super excited to get in on these!
@Hope I can’t wait to answer these questions. I would also like to be part of the tag list as well.
Gratitude, according to research, is the most powerful factor under our control for feeling at least a bit happier.
Cultivating gratitude consistently, studies show, has a great impact on our well-being.
Thank you @Hope for, yet once more, giving us practical tools, easy to implement, to greatly improve our lives.
Practicing these tools, I think, also proves that we can do something to feel better, and in that way, gives us a sense of control over our lives, another boost of hope, self-esteem, and well-being.
