Honoring Academy Mentors: Monthly Review Highlights and Certificate
Hi everyone! I hope you're doing well. I’m excited to share a new way to spotlight the hard work of our academy mentors.
While the mentor review form and academy awards are not new, we’re now taking an extra step to showcase the positive reviews our mentors receive. Every month, I’ll be posting a summary of all the new reviews submitted for academy mentors across any program.
Additionally, any mentor who receives 10 positive reviews, no matter how long it takes, will be awarded a Mentor Appreciation Certificate. After every 10 reviews, their count resets, allowing them to earn another certificate.
As trainees and interns, your feedback is crucial. If a mentor has gone the extra mile for you, let us know by submitting a review.
You can still nominate mentors for an Academy Award, and both mentor leaders and ambassadors can be recognized through this initiative too.
