Academy Awards Feb 2025

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. It is time for another Academy Awards post. The following were nominated since last time. 

Quick reminder!

Rules of nomination

• We have also included academy graduates, and trainees/interns in this category of people who can be nominated. The condition is that you must have been supported by this person in your academy journey to nominate them for the award and they need to be associated with the academy. Academy mentors and team leads can also nominate fellow mentors/leaders for doing a great job with their tasks. 

Excluded categories:

• Anyone not directly associated with academy
• You can not nominate yourself
• Admins

• Marcelo is an amazing mentor who has truly helped me during QLP. I am so grateful for all of his support, warmth, and the way he encourages me (and of course, other listeners as well) to do our best and keep showing up. Best wishes to you, Marcelo, through and through!

• Kelly deserves to be awarded because she offers such thoughtful responses in the course discussions and is such a friendly and outgoing person to be in the program with. I've enjoyed chatting with her and I think she is going to make an incredible 7cups leader.

• Calmingcomfortero is currently in training as a mentor and from the very beginning demonstrated great enthusiasm, a strong capability and efficiency in carrying out tasks. His answers to messages in the forums are suberb and he often carries out duties with out needing much explanation or support and with out waiting or needing any kind of reminder.  He is also polite, well mannered and professional to those around him.  It is a pleasure to have him as part of the team and to deal with him.  He has the potential and drive to shine and be successful in all that he does.
