New Elective Added to Academy Programs!
Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. As you know we recently launched a new academy course, Inner Development Goals Course. The Inner Development Goals provide an essential framework of transformative skills for sustainable development. They promote human inner growth and development.
As the course’s content is so important and can benefit an individual and community in general, we have decided to include this course as an elective option in academy programs. You will now be able to select the Inner Development Goals Course as an elective in Internship (both tracks), CDM, LDP, and QLP. It will not be a part of GSP.
In the Internship Student Track, we are also removing an elective as it has not been a popular choice and can confuse newer interns when making elective selections. The following elective will no longer be available:

If you have already selected the above elective and informed us using the appropriate form (Monthly eval form) then you are welcome to keep it. However, it is not available for anyone who joins today and onwards.
Anyone who completes the IDG course as part of academy programs will also be eligible for the IDG badge and certificate. If you are currently a trainee and have already finalized your electives through the appropriate form given in your program, you may change it to include IDG by informing the program lead.
