A tip I would suggest to a woman struggling with mental health would be to tend their life garden.

We can spend so much time working to build up others and are left with nothing but our own desolation.

When we build up ourselves first we then become a living embodiment of hope for those who have none.

Dear women, you are both the source of strength and tenderness in this world. Maybe more than you know and maybe more than your society would like to acknowledge.

You words deserve to be heard, your requests deserve to be consider, your boundaries deserve to be respected, your love deserve to be cherish 💕

Tip: Balance the strength and softness in you. It's already in you.

Take it slow. If a week ahead seems to much, forget it. Think into tomorrow. You don't have to promise yourself a week, but just one day more. And then one day more again. No days ahead promised, just tomorrow.

This helped me a lot when i was having a hard time, because everything just seemed so overwhelming, until my sister taught me this.

Work on challenging those negative self talk! We are definitely harder on ourselves. Give yourself the gift of talking to yourself like you would a friend.

Get out in nature no matter the season! It does change your mood and somehow the change in scenery brings peace.

Gratitude even three things daily that helps you appreciate that cup of coffee or a task you completed or a friends convos helps your brain chemistry to have synapsis that fire together and wire together. Those who practice gratefulness are happier.

Sleep!!!!! I cannot say enough get some sleep 💤 as momma bears it is at a premium good sleep 💤!!!

Dear sisters, don’t forget your own needs. Listen to your brain and body. They will tell you what you need to know. We may be care givers but we also need someone to take care of us and we can always take care of each other. ❤️
