@QuietMagic hello so I’m Emerson im a listener that suffers from bpd traits waiting for a diagnosis. I have a DBT book here are a few of my favourite DBT skills cold compress techniques like getting an ice pack or something I like to get a plastic glove then put water in it let it freeze then feel it I also like snapping a rubber band or tracking your triggers and mood also self soothing get something soft or sour and feel it or the sour taste it’s really helpful I hope I helped y’all

Awareness bracelet: have a specific bracelet that for 30 days you transfer from one wrist to the other to build awareness around thought and belief patterns you want to change. A ring could work too.
Millionaire Model: like the old tv show when you feel stuck have three lifelines - ask the audience, phone a friend or eliminate 50/50. So if something has triggered you and help is required, see if you can first resource yourself by cutting back on what's happening to fewer options. If that still doesn't work, peruse google. Still stuck, call a trusted professional or loved one. Helplines work.
Go 4D - delay, distract, deep breath, drink water
RAIN with care - recognize, allow, investigate, nourish with clear communication, award achievements, recognition and reward and empathy.
Do skin care and meditation and oral hygiene twice a day.
Make sure your diet is one that is aligned with what your body needs. Feed your gut not your fears and doubts.
Work on remembering your belonging and inherent worth. Practice forgiveness of yourself and other people, places and things.
Hope that helps a bit.
