Things I do to be mindful are:
bake, plant, go for a walk/ride, help others, listen to others, watch Netflix, take a long hot shower and listen to silly music,

Aww what a lovely idea, I'm looking forward to seeing what people post!
I love walking and it's a great way to get the fresh air and really be mindful and let go of all of the things that might be distracting you in your life.
And right now I've found a mindful colouring book and I'm working on that now :) I really enjoy colouring, it definitely helps me relax.
