Quality: Anonymous Evaluations Team

Purpose: The Anonymous Evaluations Project aims to focus on overall safety and listener quality across 7 Cups. Evaluators are checking in on listeners to see how they’re doing in terms of their active listening skills, as well as attempting to report and remove any potentially harmful accounts to ensure that members are as safe as possible while seeking support. This data will be used for educational initiatives.
