Quality: Active Listening(s)

This post will be about the Active Listening(s) Team. Please read on to know what the AL area entails, who the leaders are, what they do, what roles are available. You can also find applications in the post - so please know that all blue words hyperlinked and clickable!

Purpose: These trainings are designed to test your listening skills and knowledge of your listener role. In these tests, you will be asked different questions related to listening skills in general and regarding various chat situations. Primarily, these trainings will test the following basic components of listening.

The AL Team has graders who are Quality Mentors who wish to help them as graders and feedback givers. Each mentor grades tests and reaches out to candidates if they failed.
