Hello 7 Cuppers!
I'm launching a new series in our expert content section called "Ask a Therapist," and I'd love to gather questions you all want to know here.
So...what is it you'd love to ask a therapist? Anything about therapy itself, how to cope with a certain situation or emotion, how to get unstuck, handle negative thinking, mindfulness suggestions, or something about their profession itself, anything.
Note: it may take a few weeks to gather answers and post the articles, but I will update the thread here as the articles come in.

How do you handle burn-out in your profession? In other words, how do you make sure your own mental health is taken care of when you deal with such heavy human issues?
I guess this could apply to many professions actually.
